Everything about lending within the family, the Pari way.
Pari is the operating system for intra-family lending. It lets families structure, track, and underwrite loans between one another, turning the informal “Bank of Mom and Dad” into real, documented, tax-smart agreements.
A lender and a family member agree on terms; Pari generates the agreement, runs an affordability check through secure open-banking data, and then automates repayments, reminders, and record-keeping so no one has to chase anyone for money.
Families who lend within the family, and the financial advisors and RIAs who serve them. Advisors use Pari to keep capital, AUM, and the next generation inside the household.
Instead of interest leaking to a bank, families set fair, AFR-compliant terms and keep that value in the family, with clear documentation that protects both the relationship and the estate plan.
Loan details, amount, schedule, and interest, if any, are agreed directly between family members. Pari helps you set terms that stay above the applicable federal rate (AFR) and under gift-tax thresholds automatically.
Before a dollar moves, Pari’s AI reads real cashflow through secure open-banking data to check that every repayment genuinely fits the borrower’s life, so a loan never quietly strains the family.
No. For privacy, lenders never see a borrower’s financial data. Pari surfaces early-warning nudges privately to the borrower, from their own view, so they can stay ahead of trouble.
Pari is free for private wealth firms. For families, creating an account is free; a small service fee may apply to certain transactions, and premium features are available through a paid subscription.
Payments and identity verification are handled by our bank partners and Stripe, with bank connectivity through Plaid. Pari does not store your bank credentials or hold user funds directly.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access is protected by multi-factor authentication, and bank connections run through Plaid. Read more on our Security page.
